Month-to-month agreements available — no long-term lock-in.
Fees apply only when we collect rent — if your unit sits vacant, you don't pay us a management fee.

We collect as little as 6% of collected rent each month.

$150 Onboarding fee covers our unit walkthrough and inspection as well as a comprehensive maintenance plan and schedule.

To cover marketing expenses, we charge one full month’s rent for leasing services.

We do not charge if your unit is vacant. This keeps our goals aligned with yours and ensures we are doing everything possible to make sure your unit is leased up.

We do not charge for lease renewals.

10% markup on invoiced repairs.
